Our class engagements provide students with a study into moʻolelo, vocabulary, cultural uses, significant places, and kilo. This study is done along side learning the actual practice of ulana lauhala. Students will complete the curriculum with an intermediate knowledge of the cultural components of ulana lauhala, with basic weaving skills, and with an ability to articulate concepts of aloha 'āina.
